  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 lb red potatoes, quartered

Seasonings & Spices

  • ¼ cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp honey (for balance)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Rinse seafood under cold water.
    • Cut potatoes, corn, and sausage into pieces.
    • Boil eggs if using, then set aside.
  2. Boil the Seafood and Vegetables:

    • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
    • Add Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, bay leaves, and cayenne pepper.
    • Add potatoes and sausage first, cooking for 10-12 minutes.
    • Add corn and cook for 5 more minutes.
    • Add shrimp, crab legs, and other seafood, cooking for 3-5 minutes.
    • Drain everything and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

    • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
    • Sauté garlic until fragrant.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and honey.
    • Simmer for a couple of minutes for flavors to blend.
  4. Mix & Serve:

    • Toss the boiled seafood and vegetables in the garlic butter sauce.
    • Garnish with parsley and extra red pepper flakes.
    • Serve hot with lemon wedges and crusty bread for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier seafood boil, add more Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in a skillet with extra butter.
