These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with tender chicken, melted cheese, and a rich garlic butter sauce, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat a pan over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  • Lay the tortillas flat and brush one side with the garlic butter mixture.
  • On the unbuttered side, evenly spread the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Fold the tortillas in half, pressing gently to seal.
  • Place in the preheated pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the pan, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, cook in a panini press or air fryer.

  • Swap the mozzarella and cheddar for Monterey Jack or provolone for a different cheese flavor.

  • Add sautéed onions or bell peppers for more texture.
